Shipping policy

Philippine delivery

Little Luca PH currently fulfills orders within the Philippines. Orders are confirmed directly with our team through Instagram or Facebook before delivery is booked.

Lalamove fulfillment

Lalamove is our primary fulfillment partner. Delivery price, vehicle type, address, and timing are confirmed with the customer before booking. Delivery fees are separate unless a written promotion says otherwise.

Receiving big-ticket items

An adult must be available to receive and inspect ride-on toys. For COD-approved big items, payment and inspection take place on delivery. Refused or missed COD deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.

Delays and failed delivery

Traffic, weather, address access, and courier availability can affect timing. Contact @littlelucaph immediately if an order is not delivered so we can investigate with the courier.
